Procession, Father To Son, Ogre Battle, Son And Daughter, Great King Rat, Liar, Keep Yourself Alive, Modern Times Rock 'n' Roll, Big Spender, Bama Lama Bama Loo

In a day and age when most bands were introduced to the stage by an MC, the Procession tape being played amidst dry ice and darkness followed by a huge flash of light on the opening chord of Father To Son was a stroke of originality that most audiences weren't accustomed to. The reaction heard at this moment makes it pretty clear that Queen had a very dramatic and effective opening to their early shows, impressing audience members who may not have even heard of the band before.

In the first instrumental section of Father To Son, the big screams from the studio version of Ogre Battle are heard tonight. This bit was on playback every night during Ogre Battle, but the front of house guy was assumingly asleep at the switch and the tape was accidentally played during the wrong song. The screams are heard again in the next song as normal.

Lineage: AUD > Cassette (x) > ? > CDR (x) > WAV > FLAC level 8
Track listing:
Procession, Father To Son, Ogre Battle, Son And Daughter, Great King Rat, Liar [cut]

This is a reasonable-sounding recording from Queen's first US tour, aside from audience members who keep shouting "sit down" now and again.

The recording cuts out part way through Liar (it's just one side of a 60-minute tape), so the last fifteen minutes or so are missing.
